<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/yufeng-gao-b27b07164/">Yufeng Gao</a>, Software Engineer Intern, Verizon Media<br/></p><p>We would like to introduce our new collections dashboard page. Users can now know more about the statuses of pipelines and have more flexibility when managing pipelines within a collection. </p><!-- more --><h2>Main Features</h2><p>View Modes</p><figure class="tmblr-full" data-orig-height="1000" data-orig-width="1771"><img src="https://66.media.tumblr.com/7c3f7dbb3d16f8c742e870f8bbd09ced/423a1e15baa4df21-01/s540x810/5294fc5c03a96a977166e3d9a2dec711509cee0d.png" data-orig-height="1000" data-orig-width="1771"/></figure><figure class="tmblr-full" data-orig-height="1000" data-orig-width="1771"><img src="https://66.media.tumblr.com/5408d940f202110a3219f8ba21ccdd3a/423a1e15baa4df21-dc/s540x810/be2560ef4ed259243e2fa45a937bf65820de1e3d.png" data-orig-height="1000" data-orig-width="1771"/></figure><p>The new collection dashboard provides two view options - card mode and list mode. Both modes display pipeline repo names, branches, histories, and latest event info (such as commit sha, status, start date, duration). However, card mode also shows the latest events while the list mode doesn’t. Users can switch between the two modes using the toggle on the top right corner of the dashboard’s main panel.</p><p></p><p>Collection Operations</p><p>To create or delete a collection, users can use the left sidebar of the new collections page.</p><p>For a specific existing collection, the dashboard offers three operations which can be found to the right of the title of the current collection:</p><ol><li>Search all pipelines that the current collection doesn’t contain, then select and add some of them into the current collection;</li><li>Change the name and description of the current collection;</li><li>Copy and share the link of the current collection.</li></ol><p>Additionally, the dashboard also provides useful pipeline management operations:</p><ol><li>Easily remove a single pipeline from the collection;</li><li>Remove multiple pipelines from the collection;</li><li>Copy and add multiple pipelines of the current collection to another collection.</li></ol><p>Default Collection</p><p>Another new feature is the default collection, a collection where users can find all pipelines created by themselves. Note: Users have limited powers when it comes to the default collection; that is, they cannot conduct most operations they can do on normal collections. Users can only copy and share default collection links.</p><h2>Compatibility List</h2><p>In order to see the collection page redesign, you will need these minimum versions:</p><ul><li><a href="https://t.umblr.com/redirect?z=https%3A%2F%2Fhub.docker.com%2Fr%2Fscrewdrivercd%2Fscrewdriver&t=YTk5MTFlODQwMWViOGMwMGY2ZWYyNjgwYjc5ODk1Y2UyZjNiZmNmMyxZZG9vYWw0cA%3D%3D&b=t%3AjoJeie323MzP-suSfk7unw&p=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.screwdriver.cd%2Fpost%2F182306875747%2Fpipeline-page-redesign&m=1">API</a>: v0.5.781</li><li><a href="https://t.umblr.com/redirect?z=https%3A%2F%2Fhub.docker.com%2Fr%2Fscrewdrivercd%2Fui&t=OWIzNGYwOGVmMTU2YWNhYTlhYzI2MjJkMDJjMTk4MGU4ODU5ZmUzZSxZZG9vYWw0cA%3D%3D&b=t%3AjoJeie323MzP-suSfk7unw&p=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.screwdriver.cd%2Fpost%2F182306875747%2Fpipeline-page-redesign&m=1">UI</a>: v1.0.466</li></ul><h2>Contributors</h2><ul><li><a href="http://">code-beast</a></li><li><a href="https://github.com/adong">adong</a></li><li><a href="https://github.com/jithine">jithine</a></li></ul><p>Questions & Suggestions</p><p>We’d love to hear from you.
