Securities¶
Question: I was sent an email that says my ad was declined for Securities. It says that Yahoo does not allow ads that promote particular securities or that provides or alleges to provide insider tips. What does this mean?
Answers: If your ad promotes a newsletter with financial information, the ad and landing page can’t focus on the promotion of a particular stock or stocks. Promotions of investment in certain industries, or with certain themes - for example the steel industry or sustainable industries are allowable.
Yahoo Policy: Securities¶
Yahoo does not allow ads that promote particular securities (like stocks, bonds, notes, warrants, options) or that provides or alleges to provide insider tips.
