  • You won't need any keys to use the public data tables that do not access private user or account data. If you do need to access private user data then you will need to use an OAuth signed request (http://developer.yahoo.com/oauth) that will use a consumer key and secret that you can obtain from http://developer.yahoo.com/dashboard.

    I am using YQL to fetch league details, I am getting the result in YQL console, but when I am using it through my app its giving error like below

    getData({"error":{"lang":"en-US","diagnostics":null,"description":"Authentication Error. The table fantasysports.leagues requires a higher security level than is provided, you provided ANY but at least USER is expected"}});

    here is my yql query...

    If you know anything regarding same pleases let me know

  • Hi sourabh,

    I was getting the same error until I removed the "public" from the url.

    Before: http://query.yahooapis.com/v1/public/yql?

    After http://query.yahooapis.com/v1/yql?
