Yahoo webhosting should specify Expire for css, js

Hi,
It's funny that Yahoo webhosting does not follow recomendations for speeding page loading outlined in http://developer.yahoo.com/performance/rules.html .
Particularly, Yahoo webhosting does not allow me to upload my .htaccess file and does not set expire header for css and js files for the websites they host. As the result, these files can't be cached by browsers.
I spoke with Yahoo tech support and asked him if he can set expire header for my css and js files- he said, no it's global Yahoo setting.
I'd like to suggest Yahoo to set in their global setting for websites they host the Expire header for css and js file for a month ahead so broweres can cache these files.
