PlaceFinder TOS, Maps TOS and iOS GPS usage

I noticed that the TOS for PlaceFinder and Maps are very different as far as "remote sensing device" (aka GPS) usage goes.

Provided that:
- I have an application I am building for iOS and I'd like to charge for it.
- I want to use the PlaceFinder API or the Maps API.
- I want to make sure I am not violating the TOS.
- I am planning on using the iPhone's built-in GPS and then, among *many* other things, use the geocoding and reverse-geocoding functionality. Perhaps even the routing functionality if it is legal.
- I have my own map tiles and/or satellite imagery.

My question is:
Technically, I know it is is possible. However, am I allowed to legally use any of the yahoo apis to accomplish this?
