From what I understand production pipes(not debug pipes) are cached for 15mins based on geolocation. My question is when a pipe references another pipe within a loop, will the subpipe return cached results if it has already returned results for the same set of parameters used earlier in the loop.
My hope is that it does to increase performance and to prevent unnecessary calls to other apis using up my limited amount of api calls.
Paul would be able to answer with certainty, but I'm pretty sure the only thing cached is the pipe itself (eg the code generated by our contraptions in the layout window ;) ), and there's no caching of the results. each request calls up on the sources.
