Can you edit the article URL before output?

I'm having a major problem that I'm hoping someone here can help with. This is in reference to the following simple pipe:

http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.edit?_id=21f2282a43737e3eadf78f94159ad0fb

For some time, I have developed advanced google news searches and utilized the RSS to autopost to LinkedIn via a social media dashboard. All of a sudden, it's not working because LinkedIn is only catching the link to Google News and not the embedded link to the actual article.

I thought that creating a Pipe and utilizing it's RSS would scrub the reference back to Google in the article link, but it doesn't. The links to the articles are still as follows:

http://news.google.com/news/url?sa=t&fd=R&usg=AFQjCNEcTveYTYIhm-bhuIxOyk5eXfDXQw&url=http://http://www.forbes.com/sites/georgeanders/2013/11/07/a-twitter-user-is-worth-110-facebooks-98-linkedins-93/

I'm not a coder or developer with minimal knowledge. Is there an operator in Pipes that will allow me to delete the Google News link and just output the original article link?

Your help is most graciously appreciated.
