Unable to locally verify the issuer's authority

Hi Yu Wang,

I have been trying to solve this problem for a week now.

Command: wget -S -d https://api.login.yahoo.com/oauth/v2/get_request_token
--post-data="oauth_version=1.0&oauth_nonce=8c76a87ffd3e4f48b53ed4b669b0b35f&oau
th_timestamp=1277263821&oauth_consumer_key=<my_consumer_key>&oauth_signature_
method=PLAINTEXT&oauth_signature=<my_signature>%26&oau
th_callback=oob"

It works fine if I use `--no-check-certificate'. However I am unable to proceed with my development if I do not solve this problem. Can you please advise what I should do?

  • Hi,

    It looks like the wget you use doesn't recognize wildcard
    cert (*.login.yahoo.com) issued by Equifax. Can you please try
    with a newer version of wget and openssl?

    Thanks,
    Yu Wang
