Stale weather data coming from one API server

If you run the following (either in a web browser or from a curl):

http://weather.yahooapis.com/forecastrss?p=12020&u=f

You will often get the current weather data, but sometimes you get data for July 26, 2009. This is true for any postal code, not just 12020.

Everytime the "wrong" data is received, this is at the end of the file - which I believe indicates the server that responded from the load balanced cluster:

<!-- api4.weather.re4.yahoo.com uncompressed/chunked Sat Aug 8 04:55:17 PDT 2009 -->

api1, api2, and api3 all appear to be OK, but anytime api4 responds, the data is stale. I tried to find some actual contact information for Yahoo to report the problem, but I couldn't seem to find it.
