For the last few days, I've been unable to access the guestbook page of my profile. I've tried it on 3 different browsers, but it won't load. In Internet explorer, I get a server error message. Who can I contact to get this fixed? Thanks in advance.
Try help.yahoo.com and click on the product that is malfunctioning. If they help documents don't help, you can click 'Contact Us' to reach someone who has been trained to work with users on that product.
I'd like to help, I'm just unable to troubleshoot problems with Profiles.
