Business use of your calendar app

I have a business I run and I use your calendar. My people need access to calendar 24 hours a day. I am finding calendar goes up and down QUITE frequently. This is very upsetting to me. It is costing me money to use your calendar. We keep gettingERROR CODE # 1111. Why does this keep happening?
