Flurry’s Slack integration enables Alerts to be sent directly to your Slack workspace so you can stay on top of your app’s key metrics and stability.
Set up Slack Webhook¶
To send Alerts configured in Flurry to Slack, you have to add an Incoming Webhook in Slack:
Create a new Slack app in the workspace where you want to post messages.
From the Features page, toggle Activate Incoming Webhooks on.
Click Add New Webhook to Workspace.
Pick a channel that the app will post to, then click Authorize.
You’ll be sent back to your app settings, and you should now see a new entry under the Webhook URLs for Your Workspace section, copy that Webhook URL.
Enable the Slack integration in Flurry¶
Once you’ve set up the appropriate Webhook, you’re ready to set up the integration in Flurry:
Open Flurry and navigate to the apps Admin page.
Click on the edit icon of the app for which you want to configure Slack alerts.
Scroll down to the “Slack Integration” section and paste the Webhook URL from your Slack settings page to the Webhook URL field.
Click on the “Enabled” toggle button to enable Slack alerts.
Once the Slack integration is enabled, all alerts that are enabled in Flurry will be sent to your Slack channel irrespective of who created the alert.
Note: Flurry does not support Legacy Webhooks.
