Description
Creates a form that will open a "message" dialog for the user. It's just like yml:message, except that the message itself is not customizable, and you cannot specify a view where the user will "land" when they've sent the message. Also, the user has two allotments of messages that they can send per day: one for generic messages and another for sharing messages.
