
The fifth step of creating a presentation application is confirmation. Now that your coding is done, you can try out your application or distribute it to others.
Try — Enables you to try out your presentation application on some real Yahoo! searches. Up until now, your application has only operated on test data. This is an excellent opportunity to try it out on some real queries.
Until you publish your application, your application is still a considered a "dev" application, a private application usable only by you.

Make — Continues to “Step 6: Publication”. This optional step enables you to make your application sharable. After you complete the next step, you will acquire a button (or "badge") that you can use to promote your application on your site. Clicking on the badge takes users to their Yahoo! Search preferences screen, where they may choose to add your application.
You can also use the next screen to submit your application to the public Search Gallery. For more information about publication and versioning, refer to “Presentation Application Versioning”.

To share your application with a small group of your fellow developers, return to the and click your application's button. This exports the application to a file that your colleagues can import and modify further.
