To set up the r3 GUI interface: (note that you may need to change the path listed below to reflect the actual location of your webserver documents and where you want the GUI to be installed.)
$ r3 setup installgui $R3HOME/htdocs/r3/r3gui.php
To access the GUI, simply point a browser at http://<yourserver>/<pathtodocs>/r3gui.php
