Using the Yahoo! Local API

Overview

• collectionSearch finds public collections created with Yahoo! Local Collections.
• getCollection returns public collections created with Yahoo! Local Collections.
• Local Search V3: Version 3 of Yahoo! Local Search adds even more features! You can now request individual business records by using the Yahoo! Local listing id. We also support search categories to help you narrow your queries. Finally, results now return the first few lines of the last user review for each listing.
• Traffic Web Services Access real-time traffic information with custom data from Yahoo! Local. Build dynamic, location-based queries with the Traffic REST API or with the Traffic RSS feed.
