Tangent is a javascript bookmarklet which allows you to search for highlighted text and view 'further' information about it. It generates context using yahoo's context service, and then gives allows you to see more information about any of the contexts generated (or add your own) and see results from twitter; wikipedia data from yahoo search, flickr . Everything is loaded and shown as required, so that search works even with pathetic net connections (for example -- in IIT). Basically aimed at quizzers who would like to fly off on tangents on what they read to get more information. Not quizzers, good for curious people too!
