From reading your TOS for the API, it's unclear for me whether it would be allowed for us to, say, download points for a batch of addresses, conduct offline analysis and then republish those points as part of a news map either in print or online.

Are there any restrictions in this area with your API, because I see them in the terms for some of your competitors. I had difficulty understanding all of your legal language, so I thought I'd just ask here.

IMHO, this is a niche use of this type of service that has high public interest value and I'd hope that Internet companies that benefit from any increase in the quality of online information would consider an exception for journalistic uses. But I can understand the other side, too, of course. It is your API, after all.

So, if you could help me answer this question, it would be much appreciated.

Andrew, If you are on a shared network, you might be sharing the rate limits with other computer. The 999 error is based on ip, and for some reason, the ip is hitting the limit or there might be some abuse.

We've been trying to test the Content Analysis service but are finding in many case we gets "results": null' as the response. In some cases, attempting the same query a few minutes later we'll actually get data about the submitted URL, but in the bulk of (admittedly a small sample of ~ 20 URLs tested) we will keep getting "results":null. (This includes common URLs such as 'http://www.msn.com', 'http://developer.yahoo.com')

Is the service actually working?

If this is not a limitation;

1. is there a reason for null results (when the given URLs are accessible online)?
2. is there a reason that data sometimes becomes available in a re-query?
3. is this service 'production ready', or should it be considered 'unstable'?

In the mediaplayer example, did you check the file basicplayer.js? The method _createPlaylist creates a playlist using the playlist data in api.js

Hello, I'm really just getting started with the connected tv widgets and am struggling to find where the playlists are managed and stored. My question is how can I create a sample app that gets a list of videos from an api call and starts playing them. Any help and/or pointers to a good tutorial online would be greatly appreciated.
