Manhattan Host Pricing

Where can I find information on pricing for Manhattan hosting? Are you tied into using Manhattan when you develop a mojito app? I don't see anyway to deploy from the command line in mojito. Is that functionality coming at some point?

    Pricing for Manhattan has not been published yet.
    You are not tied to Manhattan when developing a Mojito application, that is an explicit goal of ours.
    Deployment is done using a tool other than Mojito -- and because Mojito won't be coupled to Manhatta, it will always be so.

  • Technically you should be able to use any provider that supports node.js hosting. You might be able to find some in the following list:
