How can we save raw MIME messages with attachments?

I have tried saving messages with attachments using SaveMessage API. It works fine but I cannot set the correct message receive time.
And when I save messages using SaveRawMessage, I have the correct message delivery time, but no attachment. The raw header contains of saved message contains the attachments data without the ability to access them.
