Prod1.rest-notify.msg.yahoo.com pop-up

when I logged in to my Yahoo mail account, I kept on receiving the pop-up message concerning the expiration of the certificate of the website Pop.rest-notify.msg.yahoo.com. Do you have info on this web site and how to resolve the isssue?

  • prod1.rest-notify.msg.yahoo.com I get this and it asks for a username and passwork. I have tried every pw and suser name I have ever had ans still nothing. A 409 message that says I do not have authorization to enter the webpage appears. I am so frustrated. What should i DO???
