Good day,

    First of all i am using my mother's email account. I am using this to recover my hacked email. I cannot recover my password because first the hacker change the password also he change my alternate email address lastly I forgot my 2nd secret answer all I just know is the username and the 1st secret answer. 

    Please help me because in that email I have lots of important messages also papers in it. It would be of much help to me if you send me a new password here in my mom's account. My email address that have been hack is smyzzyx@yahoo.com
