Accidently Deleted Spam mail

So i emptied my spam email account not thinking to look first. i am waiting to here back from 2 different jobs who contact via email. Both of their emails have gone to my regular email inbox but its been some time and maybe for some reason they went into my spam folder. Is there a way to reverse this?
