THe App YQL and my own app are stating they are not ready, what is the issue

I get this message when I try to lead my app 

Sorry, but the application "HIAMMP Houyhnhnm Internet Archive MEdia in Mail Player" is currently unavailable. Please try again later.


here is the former posting concerning this issue.  How long does it take an app to be available

I wonder the auth file must be the issue, this is the format I have

  • the response by joecomotion here are key, you guys should put this in the quick start documentation.   • The "currently unavailable" message can map to a bunch of different issues on our side, unfortunately.  I believe the timing of this issue points to a backend loading issue we have since resolved.  Sorry for the delayed follow-up.
