Inability to get started with Mail Video Widget

I read with great excitement about the Yahoo! Mail Video Widget (http://developer.yahoo.com/mailapplications/inlinr.html), which states, to start, just send an email to:

"ymail-dev-questions AT yahoo DOT com"


However, I've emailed that address 4 times with it bouncing back every time. Anyone had any luck getting enrolled in the program?
