limit for request to "http://download.finance.yahoo.com/d/quotes.csv?s=YHOO GOOG MSFT&f=sl1d1t1c1hgvbap2"

Hello,

I want use "download.finance.yahoo.com" service in my web application, can anyone please tell me what is the limit for request to yahoo finance api? And please tell me what the terms and procedure for registration etc, necessities for using it (I dont want use YQL), please reply me asap.. Thanks in advance
