If you enable community tables on the yql console, you can see that an open table already exists for delicious. However, it provides only select, which is to pull out the feeds from delicious.
If you look at some of the examples on the open tables (twitter, simplegeo,linkedin), there are tons of examples for making oauth calls via yql. You might want to take a look at it and modify the tables accordingly.
Also, there are a bunch of open tables under auth, which is helpful in making oauth calls. Alternatively you can use that get your oauth tokens.
