I was recently using the YahooWebServicesGet to try some searches through an application I am writing for a research. Today, I noticed that the service has stopped running altogether and I would like to kindly ask which service is best to replace the REST service I was using till late.

What I'm looking for is a service where I can submit a query such as String request = "http://api.search.yahoo.com/WebSearchService/V1/webSearch?appid=YahooDemo&query=umbrella&results=10" from the old service. My application then looks for specific patterns in the results and submits these patterns to the service again for more results.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
