I was attempting to encode some external files into a div on my site. I have it all working (http://www.ccboise.org/Multimedia/BibleStudyHelps/BibleStudyNotes/tabid/2402/language/en-US/Default.aspx) but some files aren't encoding quite right.

All of the Genesis files are fine, but many of the new ones are getting an extra <p></p> injected on the top of the file. (example is the book of Ruth or 2 Chronicles)

Help?
