Yahoo weather Day high and low and Hourly forecast

Hi,
I'm using [http://xml.weather.yahoo.com/forecastrss/98029_f.xml] to retrieve weather data, but it does not giving me today's High and Low temp and no hourly forecast. How can I get it?

Also, where can I find a list of parameters allowed to pass through this URL?

There was a problem in our production push yesterday. All of the issues have been corrected today.

weather api allows woeid. For eg woeid based api for your query is http://weather.yahooapis.com/forecastrss?w=2427913. For more options check http://developer.yahoo.com/weather/

My BT Yahoo local weather page isn't showing an hourly forecast today!
