Yahoo! Weather Feed in other language?

Hello,
I came to wonder whether it is possible to implement localization options such as other language support apart from English for the weather feed results, especially aiming for the condition phrase such as "partly cloudy" or "thunder in the vicinity". The xml provides an info for language: <language>en-us</language>, which is also mentioned in the documentation, but I can't find a parameter to change the language via GET request. Neither do I find an RSS weather link on non-english Yahoo Weather sites.

Is such language option implemented at all?
