Umlaut in Yahoo! Weather RSS Feed

Hi There!

I want to use the "Yahoo! Weather RSS Feed" for a small application I did.

In order to get the location IDs I query: http://xoap.weather.com/search/search?where=

Unfortunately I cannot use German Ulauts in http://xoap.weather.com/search/search?where=

For example http://xoap.weather.com/search/search?where=München will not return the correct result.
Instead I have to give the international city name: http://xoap.weather.com/search/search?where=Munich

Is there a way around that?
