Javascript in YAP xml file

Hi,
I have a flash game that i want to publish on yahoo games , yahoo messenger games and so, but as i can understand i can not put my html page directly into YAP content href as a url cause i m using js inside my page and everytime i tried i m getting a unexpected caja error and jquery link after that.
Is there a solution for that or am i doing something wrong ?
