Fantasy Sports (Football) API for player stats & score updates?

I'm looking for an easy way to get the 'score log' data in the stat tracker.

I can see from the different resources/collections I could build potentially build it but I'd much rather see some place from Yahoo that I can pull the already calculated fantasy score data and yards/touch downs etc a player has made per play.

Also a play-by-play log from Yahoo would be great for the different NFL games. Sort of like a log of announcer posts for plays.

Any suggestions?
