If you go to
http://apps.yahoo.com/myapps you should see a link to your application. If you hover over that link you should see something like:
http://apps.yahoo.com/-ZEdIhQ2c/ . That alpha-numeric set of characters after the dash is your app id - in the case of that sample it would be ZEdIhQ2c
