We've had another report of this issue but we cannot reproduce it. We'll need some more info if we are going to track the issue down. Which browser are you using? And have you created YAP (Open) applications before, or is this the first time?

Another question for you. Are you from Taiwan?

We've tracked down an issue that looks like it may cause the problem you described, and it seems to only affect TW users. A workaround is to temporarily change your default language/region to US English (or another non-Chinese language) on the Account Info page https://edit.yahoo.com/mc2.0/set_intl Then try and create the project again.

We'll fix this issue in our next release in a few weeks, but until then you can use this workaround to create your projects. Please let me know if this helps
