i need heeeeelp!!!!

I can't believe what happened a few minutes ago. Probably it happened more than that, but i just realised that.
I checked my e-mails twice today. Everything was just fine. I was talking with a friend and he told me that this morning i sent him an advertising mail and that he didnt want me to do it again cause he was afraid of viruses. I had no idea what he was talking about. Later, i entered my sent malis and i saw that i had sent this mail, with this specific title, to all of my contacts. I just deleted it without paying more attention to that.
Just before a few minutes, i checked my mails again but... surprise!!!! The emvironment of my yahoo page had changed, it looks like the one yahoo had a few years ago, and ALL of my contacts are gone!!!!
Is there a possibility that the morning e-mail has to do with that? Yeah... angry.gif How can i bring back the emvironment of my yahoo page?
I hope all of those who received the e-mail dont have the same problem with me...

  • Hi Deb,

    This part of the forum is a support location for the Yahoo! Application Platform (YAP). What you'll need to do is contact the mail technical support center under "help" on your Yahoo! mail. The location for that is http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yaho...HbsgiM23uh7zSN4. They should be able to help you out with the issue you're experiencing.

I can't customize anything and now i"m afraid I'm going to lose addresses, etc. also! PLLEEAZZEE let me know if you get it figured out? Greatly appreciate it!

    I would also suggest going to the link I provided and send a report to the support team. If this is an issue for you there's no reason to wait on someone else.
