Hey,we're having a similar issue while trying to adapt some of our games into yahoo! Is there any workaround in order to have this? (external js/css/flash ?). Any help is appreciatedThanks.

Hey,is there a workaround to load external js/css/flash. There seems to be as there a lot of yahoo games that does this (eg. kabam games like wartune http://games.yahoo.com/game/wartune-yap.html, the hobbit: http://games.yahoo.com/game/the-hobbit-armies-of-the-third-age-yap.html# , etc). Actually documentation is not clear about this.. (eg caja requirements/restrictions link now is 404) and can't find any gadget xml reference so can't check if there is some tweaking that can be done at this level in order to have this working... (eg, removing the default yap.feature.classic ?).So a bit clueless atm :( .. any help is appreciatedThanks!

Was just curious if Yahoo had a function in which you could ignore other another user on any/ all accounts that they have created (from a specific IP address or name tag or whatever function you guys use to determine accounts)... as for what I am trying to accomplish... ummm finding out if there is such a function? not suggesting a couse of action or anything anything else, am just curious.

I have tried so many different things and nothing cracks it.

I know how to make links, but every link i make has my app address appended to it. I want to make a link and just have what i originally put in the link placed in.

Frankly, I really don't understand why Yahoo makes something as simple as verifying a site so difficult to implement. The message is confusing and direction unclear. Please simplify this process.

In which game you created the account? There is no YAP email account. Its the same Yahoo! Email Address you use to play any game on YAP.

YAP doesn't support any paid applications. All applications are distributed free and monetized inside the app.

As of now, we are only concentrating only on Games apps and not on non-game apps.

I created an account on a game on yahoo and cannot find my account due to it being registered to a YAP email account which I don't have any. Is there really a YAP email? I sent support for the game a message asking for a solution but I'm asking here as well.

We are new to Yahoo! Application Platform and wanted to ask for help from experienced developers here. We have a hotel reservation and room management system that sits on our servers. This is sold as SaAS. Our question is:

1. If we built an extension for this on the Yahoo! Application Platform, is there a chance that this will pass into the eligibility criteria?

2. And if it passes the eligibility criteria, is it ok to monetize access to our service? Or do all web applications on the Yahoo! Application Platform necessarily have to be free?

I would appreciate your responses to our inquiries as these determine if it would make economic sense for us to go down this path.
