bad oauth configuration using what the documentation says to do

I am getting this error

the javascript code I used in the cdata section of the gadget is

    It is an open app, for the api's and services I have
    read/write permission for yahoo updates and status, and
    read permission for profiles.

    I have searched the internet and I don't even see, this problem come up much in any forums, and when it does no one answers it.
