Canvas tabs work on one view but not the other

Hi,

I have http://apps.yahoo.com/dev-preview/RUPcvn5g/YahooFullView/ & http://apps.yahoo.com/canvas/RUPcvn5g/YahooFullView. The former has tabs that don't work while the latters tabbing works.

My chrome console outputs the following on http://apps.yahoo.com/dev-preview/RUPcvn5g/YahooFullView/ but the console is empty on the other url:

caja:core:l10n-en-US:opensocial-0.8:opensocial-data:yap:yap.capability.externalip:yap.capability.install:yap.capability.isolate
:yap.capability.permflow:yap.capability.restricted:yap.capability.sanitize:yap.ca

rpc.js:52

Unknown RPC service: resize_iframe

Anyone know what's wrong here or if it's an issue that will occur in live? I can't get my app to show on the yahoo homepage like it did automaticly for me before so I'm unable to test it in that way.

  • is it possible to have a link/anchor to a website from within a gadget. My only problem with my application is the ability to link out. I try to use yml:a but it never does it right. it always appends the href to the app heading. And, windows.location and windows.open are not available , for security,  i comprehend, but they still dont work. I have tried using the listeners, but nothing happens, i dont get an error or anything but no link out

    Can you tell me the right syntax to make a basic anchor link out of the app with the href put in it?
    If you can't do that
    Can you provide a currently proper example of adding a listener to a button tag or a tag to open a new screen to a different url with a click?
