I'm sorry for not having a good answer to this, but here goes.
Yahoo! recently sold Kelkoo and I have no way of finding out about these issues any more. This means we are no longer supporting Kelkoo as a Yahoo! product.
I would suggest you try
contacting Kelkoo and asking them directly for support. I'm sorry if this has caused you any problem.
The
Yahoo! Shopping API is still available for use and will be unaffected by this change.
