Can't create new update

Hi all,
Did anyone has experience with this stuff before? I tried to create a new update by using yql and rest api , but both methods are failed ;"(, The response message was : "The remote server returned an error: (501) Not Implemented ".
I tried to google this thing, but I can't find any good explaination event in this forum. ;"(
Could anyone please help me out ;"(

And one more thing, I tried to the user's update information like exactly the update infor in Yahoo Mail(in update Tab) but I can't find any yql query or rest api return me that thing ;"( , are there anyone working with this stuff,?!
