Kelkoo product search- result filtering

I had used the productlisting V3 for listing Massagebadkar , and got the result. Now I need to refine the results such that the products with titles containing the word “blandare” or “kudde” , must be eliminated from the result set. Is there any option in the API to do this?

ie, If the title of the product contains a specific keyword, then that product should be eliminated from the listing, is it possible ? any help would be greatly appreciated.
