ABSOLUTE BEGINNER NEEDS HELP!

am an absolute beginner with the upcoming api. am working on a mobile app with upcoming api.
please how can i archieve this on my app?

** have the user register with upcoming ( .... that is getting a yahoo account an been redirected to my app again)

thoughts ???
