I want to know how to propose new pattern and who decide to publish them or not ?

gilbest, you can propose new patterns here and we can try to address them, but no guarantees, as we are following our own internal roadmaps.

We have thought about establishing a completely open library and letting the community hack on patterns together, but we don't have that available at this time.

As the curator of the Yahoo Design Pattern Library, ultimately I decide which patterns to publish, but I do so with the consultation, review, and approval of a group of reviewers who are all senior designers at Yahoo.

I love the idea that you took the time out to take an interest in my prospective in life.

basically i have been assigned a project called design pattern for component based software.....so can neone plz explain me about this topic as m all new to it and which design pattern can i propose for component based software..
