Add and Remove Form Fields

I am looking for the pattern description on adding and removing form elements. For example, i want to find a recipe, and i want to add and remove lines of ingredients. I understand the visual design, i am looking for the content to describe poper usage and rationale. any help is appreciated.

We don't have any form patterns or filter/browsing navigation patterns in this library (yet) but let me look around the rest of the web and see if I can find you any useful pointers.
