won't let me rate or comment.

For about a month now, Yahoo! won't acknowledge that I am logged into my account and allow me to rate or comment on most of the articles. I can read other peoples comments, but I can't participate in the dialogue. Whenever I try, Yahoo! wants me to enter my password. Although my screen name is always present, it won't hold the password. This has become VERY annoying!
