unable to install BrowserPlus

Hi,

I'm unable to install BrowserPlus, I think it is because of my antivirus McAfee Viruscan Enterprise 8.5.0i that does not allow to execute files from the Temp folder.

I have already tried to bypass it by entering an exception, and by disabling the "Access Protection" task but it did not solve the problem (of course I don't want to shutdown the antivirus program and become unprotected, even for a short period)

I have also copied the 'Temp' folder to the Desktop and tried to run from there but had no luck. Also downloaded the 'BrowserPlus_2.4.17.exe' executable file but again had no luck.

Is there any other way to install BrowserPlus?

    Hey Viktor,

    I expect that you're right about executing files out of the temp directory, but the first step would be to confirm that. Can you send us your installation log to browserplus-feedback@ ? Instructions on how to find the log are here: http://browserplus.org/howdoi/ (#5)

    I'll ask around here and see if anyone has experience with that particular product.

    where should i send the log? browserplus-feedback@ is not a complete address.
