browserplus

My system is not letting me send, reply or forward email from my yahoo account. It just all of a sudden stopped a few days ago. My message is that I have a problem with Browserplus. I have tried resetting it using my MAC browserplus, however it says that it is not responding.

    US.mg1.mail.yahoo.com is requesting permission to use and act service on your computer, please review the request carefully
