Browser plus won't finish installing..a window pops up and says "almost finished, you don't have to do anything"...When I close the window and try to start over, another window pops up and says Browser pluisis already running...this has been going for hours. Please help.
Hi there nancy. What browser and platform are you on? I'll bet you're running windows xp with Internet Explorer 6, right?
Here are some questions to help us resolve this problem:
1. What browser version do you have? If you say IE6, would you consider upgrading your browser? (if not, my hypothesis is incorrect)
2. do you have other browsers installed on the machine? does browserplus work on them?
3. if you restart your computer and then try again, is the situation different?
